    Most of times, bonus is more than 100% for high performers and at par for average performers


    Too many people at high level and most of them seems redundant
    Salary Disparity among peers

    Do something about salary disparity, it is leading to lot of frustration in the company.
    Try to be proactive rather than reactive to take care of employee interests.
