    Pros

Pros: Good Benifits, transport is good, if in good team chances to fly abroad, depending on boss work from home option available & flexibility for work-life balance.

    Cons

Cons: Work culture on the floor depends on manager & some managers are unprofessional, work atmosphere in some teams are worst - it feels like jail, breaks monitored, no flexibility, no growth, no job security, constant threats from boss, employees treated like expendable resources/robots, No scope for growth for enthusiastic employees, No significant growth in sal, they prefer firing and re-hiring than addressing the issues, So attrition is v high in some teams. So if you land under some horrible managers, this is the worst place to work. Will not suggest this company to anyone for whom work environment matters as it is the worst possible in some teams here in Bangalore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Address the issues relating to unprofessional behavior by some managers that make the work environment toxic. The work environment in other locations in world is different and better from Bangalore because of this. Instead of doing nothing , waiting for employees to get frustrated & quit, address issues to retain and nurture existing talent and make it a good place to work in reality not just in paper or e mails.
