Had excellent exp. to work with Mumbai , Hyderabad business groups. Got amazing in depth knowledge & experience of working with some of the best Project Managers in the industry. Most of these managers came with experience from the merged organization of HALCROW.
Great work environment & co workers at Mumbai, Hyderabad & few teams at Noida.
Successful teams to work with :Urban Programs, Hydropower , Ports & Marine, Buildings & Bridges.
Lack of leadership & zero decision making rights in India for the last 2 years.
Many key managers chosen from CH2MHill are at decision making roles without a broader vision of the entire business & necessary knowledge / experience about the industry in India. Would like to clear that all at Sr. Mgmt are not necessarily useless. Sr. Management leaders who have the ability to lead & direct the business on the right track have been sidetracked or authority based work has been taken away from them so that no threat of a Change or improvement arises!!!
Attrition is at its peak & shall continue as the organization has lost efficient personnel for the last 2 years across Delhi, Mumbai & Hyderabad .It has not been able to retain the fresh hires across All management levels.
Advice to Management
Useless.....the so called senior management is run by a miniscule number of inefficient people who are too busy trying to save their jobs & pay .Their pay comes through the efforts of sincere & efficient employees who are cheated on their rewards. The senior management is playing with the careers of many.
