I worked at Cactus Communications full-time (less than a year)

Good pay and great people to work with. People are always very friendly and approachable. This is one of the few companies where you can actually go right up to the CEO and have a chat with him about your role in the company and how you can improve it. The company organizes several outings and events such as Bonnenkai etc. The HR department is one of the best.

This is not a company to enter if you have a life. You have to work ALL public holidays including Christmas, New Year's, and Labor Day. While that may have been fine for freelance editors and translators, for regular employees its a pain. Also, you end up working practically all days of the week-even if your contract specifies a five day work week. Another con I faced-and this may be more related to the job I was doing-is that more and more work was loaded on my plate and I found it difficult to cope.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please atleast implement some holidays during the year-Christmas, New Years, Independence Day, Diwali, Eid-ul-Fitr, and Labor day.

    Positive Outlook
