I worked at Capco full-time (more than a year)

A lot of drinking, and a hand full of good people remaining.

All training is in house and done by people who are very amateur in their chosen SME. Career progression is dependent on what account you are on and has nothing to do with that you actually deliver for your clients. There are very few good people left at SC, PC, MP level. A lot of middle management have risen though the ranks too quickly and limited projects and have no clue on how to manage people, run projects let-alone deliver anything of value. A lot of the projects are also not very inspiring. They actually don't know what being an actual consultant is. There is a lot of body shopping just to make extra revenue which could be done by any contractor. People have been lied to just to get them onto roles. This place is not a meritocracy its a joke, you would better off in the big 4 or a small boutique house.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Re-evaluate or train a lot of your middle management and bring in a proper strategy as it stands you will keep loosing the best and be stuck with filling quotas with just anyone that walks though the door.

    Negative Outlook
