I worked at Clear-Com full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

There is a group of nice people who are overworked and underpaid. They've been seating in their positions for years and are so comfortable with the way things are and don't want to change.

    Cons

Very strange culture. Tightly controlled and managed by the parent company HME which is based in Poway, CA. It is a very old school mentality, bureaucratic and not forward-thinking family-ran organization, outdated processes, no career growth for most people. It's a sad place to be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The HME management treats people like disposables. They don't encourage high performance, they don't want to spend money on new technologies and improvements. It's a family-ran dictatorship.
