    Provided a great learning experience to advance my career someplace else


    Very little hope of advancement within the ranks after many years of dedication and success in the position. They say whatever they can to get you in the door and on board (career advancement opps, etc) that never come to fruition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Corporate needs to have a better handle on what management and middle management are doing. Need more consistency across the board. Employee morale is in the toilet and corp. has no interest in it, only the bottom line. Try to compensate for the hard work that the "grunts" put in so that you can have a better bottom line.
