I have been working at Crown Holdings full-time

    Pros

Friendly, community culture. Excellent compensation. Excellent medical benefits, including dental. 401k and pension plan. On-site cafeteria. On-site gym free to all employees. Frequent raffles and employee appreciation events. Long established company with stability.

    Cons

Women will be subjected to occasional sexual harassment, although if it is reported to HR, it will be addressed. Poor leadership in graphics department. Graphics department is behind the times and disorganized, still can't get it together in terms of process. Employees are pitted against each other and targeted. Employees' job performance will be discussed by manager to other employees in the department, and employees will be asked to keep tabs on other employees by the manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers should not lead with insecurity and paranoia. Managers should not pit employees against each other. Managers should keep employees' job performance confidential and not discuss it with other employees. Managers should help out in times of high volume in terms of directing priorities. Managers should not browbeat employees, instead they should support them and give them the tools to succeed.
