    I have been working at Dealertrack Technologies full-time

    Pros

    Dealertrack has many great things going on for them. On the upswing of business from a terrible market crash. With that said, they offer desirable PTO hours, paid holiday time off, health club and education reimbursements, and regular HQ communications keep employees in the know.

    Cons

    The raises are pretty insulting, and it's not just me being bitter. While I've been at the company, there has been little to no room for advancement; the same people work in the same places. There is a huge trend of favoritism and it definitely shows. What a joke it is trying to communicate with senior management and HR!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management needs pay attention to the little guys, you know the ones that make your money. Please keep in mind that the cost of living is getting higher and higher every year and consider that when doling out pay increases. How about not taking weeks to respond to emails.
