I have been working at Delaware North Companies

    Pros

Working for DNC can be a fun and rewarding place. However it all depends on your department and manager. Each location and each manager has various ways to handle their employees. Each location is different.

    Cons

I really feel that they limit employees capablities. If you are a person that can do several things just know they dont want or expect you to do that. Whatever job title you have that is what they expect you to do. At least that is how my location was. They are not big on Team work but yet they preach it in orientation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would say get to know your employees. Dont assume that someone isnt capable of doing other task. Most people like to be part of the team and involved. Remember a title and a postition is just that. That title doesn't define who you are and what you can do.
