    I have been working at Dell part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The US and UK team has pretty good individuals to work with which is pleasant experience.
    The processes followed by global teams are good in terms of SDLC

    Cons

    Please do not tell to the outside world that SW belongs to Dell, as SW is never involved any Dell activities. People have great respect and look forward to work for Dell as an organization. It’s my bad I didn’t check the glass door reviews about this team before joining here.

    I request the Management team to please identify the actual need and select most apt candidate for the open positions, instead of making a wrong fit and later creating a tough time for the new hire in the team. Please do not play with the career and lives of new hires. Please do not make an individual to lose their self-confidence. It takes a lot to build it.

     As a team we work for the organization, not under or for any manager. Please hire most apt managers who know how to gel in with senior experienced resources, who can reality understand the problem and come down for hands on solution. Who are truly professional, who trust their team members and donot always talk about the salary packages.
