    Current Employee - Executive Assistant
    Current Employee - Executive Assistant

I have been working at Entertainment One full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great opportunity if you are young and inexperienced.
People are great across all the sites

    Cons

Compensation is the lowest you will find for a company of this size and global presence
Executives - boys club, women have to really fight to be heard and be promoted, which is interesting as there are more women than men in the company. This is a company that takes care of their executives despite performance.
    No career path, salary ranges.
HR has no teeth in this company, they do not appear to have a voice at the table to represent employees concerns. They meet the minimum requirements. They do not even feel comfortable guiding you in issues you may have with an executive or fellow staff. I have never encountered an HR dept that is run this way, very odd.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Executives need to be held accountable for their performances or lack of.
    Bonus structure for staff
