I worked at Entertainment One full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great people, great office locations no matter the city usually, company is growing continuously acquiring.

    Cons

Executives basically run the show, they appear to be able to behave however they want with impunity. Very few great managers who btw are not recognised as such
    Boys club
Salary ranges: no standards, very unfair
Benefits are minimal (better in some locations/countries)
    Zero investment in staff
Advancement is hit and miss - seems to depend on who you report to. how much you are liked.
Long hours. no recognition. no real care about the effects on staff.
Each location/country is run as if they are unique, no standards. Canada for some reason works the most hours in the company. No idea why.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    increase benefits
    salary standards-range per position
    Career Path for positions
Executives need to be held to the same yearly standard as staff are. Their bonus's should be tied to performance apprasials by their team. Its the only way to hold them accountable.
