Current Employee - Service Delivery in Houston, TX (US)
Current Employee - Service Delivery in Houston, TX (US)

I have been working at Experis full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Hands off (pro and con), benefits are ok, at higher salary level you get IRA options

    Cons

Too hands off sometimes. I have no idea who my point of contact is for questions anymore. Turnover is a problem in Houston. No regular health checkups (hi, how are you doing, anything we can assist you with) They just collect a check on your behalf and make profit. I have not received an email from any contact other than payroll in over 2 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try having conversations with the people making you money. Keep people informed.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
