    I worked at FedEx Office full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    There is room for Growth you just have to want it. they have great benefits, you can always get hours if your willing to work at others stores sometimes. if you like to always have something to do this is the job for you not lazy people, and if you have computer knowledge that's a plus.

    Cons

    You have to be able to deal with rushes of people ,phone calls, management that knows less than you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    For the Management and higher , I loved my job and was fired by a manager who was terrible and got away with using personal passwords for registers , talking down to team member's in front of customers , leaving nasty notes in the store about what things should be done and # my kids could do it. Its not the way to be with your team members, but I was fired for changing my time card because I would sit in my car 15 minutes early waiting to go in because she told me I couldn't come in till I was ready to work cuz you cant be on the floor unless your punched in. and so because I was right outside in the parking lot where the 3rd shift guy would see me. Instead of a warning I was fired 14 years in a company and that's what I got fired for , but crappy management gets away with murder. if someone in corporate see this I would to get my job back , but you will never call or ask employees back that were great. just goes to show if your lazy you can go places.
