    I worked at FrontRange Solutions full-time (more than 5 years)


    A good place to learn skills, some decent managers, but not a lot of solid organization. Technology was solid, but is becoming obsolete. If the company gets its technical act together, it can remain a serious player in the service delivery management space. Its CRM product is solid.


    Little or no leadership. Chaotic and stressful atmosphere that lacks direction. No positive feedback. Too much screaming . . .
