    I worked at GDH Consulting as a contractor for less than a year


    Time sheets and expense reports were always processed and paid as stated in the agreements. Flexible work schedule, the contractor works with the client to determine a mutually acceptable schedule.


    1. The benefit terms seem to be designed for the contractor not to use them. The number of working required before eligibility and the employee benefit costs to employee earnings ratio for benefits is unacceptable.
    2. No opportunities for advancement or growth within the company
    3. Contract employees are asked to cover some operating cost as GDH pretends that the contract employee has a "FULL TIME" work location. Therefor the trip from home to the client or work location is considered a normal commute not reimbursable.

    Place more value on the contractors working for your clients.
