    I worked at HSBC Holdings

    Pros

    It would be a MNC environment, job is completely stable. We can plan our next 30 yes happily as the job is completely secure and it has happy to work environment.

    Cons

    Challenge is growth, it is very slow. There are people with 10 yrs exp but they are at the same level without any growth. Salary will be growing till a limit after that salary growth will.also be minimal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    STA's should be available for level 8 s also. Growth should be there and employee skill development initiatives should be taken ASAP.
