    Pros

    The call center : Comfortable environment w/ coworkers
    Corporate offices: more structured but very warm place to work

    Cons

    Finances are determined by an "incentive" (commission) basis, which is not guaranteed; positional advancement is difficult, based on a clique system

    Promotions and advancements should be based on true knowledge, experiences, and expertise rather than being promoted based on personal relationships and biases
