    I have been working at John Crane full-time (more than 10 years)


    Great job security. It is really hard to get fired because management refuses to do anything especially paperwork.


    Upper management has about as much brains as a splattered cricket. These hollow headed individuals think they can force people to work harder with efficiencies and reprimanding. This creates disgruntlement and "retaliation". The constant negativity creates a tension filled work environment. Instead management should give incentives to work harder by rewarding quality and productivity. The pay is also below the national average and management continues to nickel and dime their own employees. If a raise is received it is below inflation and insulting. The employees no longer trust management because they continue to not act on their promises. This doesn't really apply to lower management who also deals with the same non-sense. If you are interviewing for this company run and don't look back and after your legs feel like they're going to fall off.....keep running.

    There is no hope for you John Crane isn't going to afford you a brain transplant.
