I worked at Johns Hopkins Medicine full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Enjoyed working with some co-workers and healthcare providers. Great hours, no weekends or holidays

    Cons

Very corporate, lots of butt kissing, toxic environment at times, a lot of bullying from management, discrimination

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

After leaving the company I completed an exit interview. This questionnaire included some pretty disturbing insights into the way the office functioned and how people were treated by management. The fact that JH ignored it, really bothers me. Hopkins is supposed to be a company that stands on equal treatment of everybody. After working for this company they are not prestigious, they are not equal, and the people they have representing this company are disgusting in character. The pay is not great at all and employees are completely expendable to JH. This company has left a terrible taste in my mouth and I do not trust them at all. I will never even seek care through them again, which is sad because I LOVED the healthcare providers. I'm not bitter haha
