    I worked at KPMG US full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    1.Mostly good cabs with AC throughout the year
    2.Good team outing places chosen be it resort or going out of station
    3.Event or lunch/dinner programs are good.
    4.Pay is little better than other service companies again depends on how well you can negotiate
    5.If lucky you will end up getting fancy designation
    6.Good bonus amount paid which is generally not same with other services industry.

    Cons

    1.This organization claims to be consulting firm but hardly anybody is involved in consulting work.
    2.BPO mode or call center work style runs in organization DNA which mean you are expected to work 24/7. So work is too flexible expected to work most of them time.
    3.System never bothers about your goals or aspiration.
    4.Management does not take responsibility on deliverables.
    5.Mostly works on Master-Slave model where onshore is GOD and you are strictly expected to accept whatever is thrown at you.
    6.System has no idea what is travelling/onshore/client facing or rather pretends to be ignorant of these things and you will never have client facing, travel or onshore opportunities. They do not encourage travel hence you will end up burning your life on calls round the year.
    7.All levels are expected to do anything and everything no clear bifurcation on roles/responsibilities.
    8.Dummy or too fancy designation and hardly they have authority or knowledge.
    9. Works on OCT to OCT cycle and bonus paid out in Dec types hence people end up in dilemma when to quit in fear of losing bonus. Since its paid once in year and not quarterly people need wait which is kind of trap.
    10. Onshore treats you just like any other vendor or service company even though you work for the same company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please show some spine in taking decision. No point being dummy and carrying fancy designation. Understand employees and employees are not slaves
