Good health care benefits. Very smart people.

KaBOOM! is unfortunately going down a bad path in my opinion. For a non-profit, they're far too obsessed with revenue, and it often feels like they're raising money for the sake of raising money, without a clear strategy for how they'll use the money to advance the mission. Staff morale is very low, which is not helped by the CEO who often bullies and belittles staff in public. A lot of staff at KaBOOM! are very concerned with how the organization is implementing against their expanded strategy - concerns are regularly voiced, but unfortunately rarely answered and often ignored. There is a lot of unhealthy criticism of lower level staff behind their backs, with the same staff receiving praise and acknowledgment in public - a very poor management strategy.
