I have been working at L-3 Communications full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The Benefits are still decent among the industries. Great people to work for and with. Great support from those in HR and Support Services.

    Cons

The Fat of Management has remained and impeded the employees as far as clear direction. Managers and Executives that are disconnected from those who perform the work. Duplication of Work in the Management ranks. Middle Management seems to be the plug causing the most friction and moral issues. Employee ideas seem to never get through the fat of the mid section of the Management ranks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a clue! Your best assets are your employees and without clear direction and training, you will fail. Passing the buck is noticed among your people that is why the talented and valuable employees keep jumping ship. As they do your failure to value them will put the CSW Division unable to recover.
