    I worked at LexisNexis Legal & Professional full-time (more than an year)


    Fellow sales people are willing to help each other out and share ideas.


    Management wonders why company is not hitting its number but burdens sales people with endless, meaningless reports and a CRM system that is absolutely the worst ever. Their solution to not hitting the numbers is to "just do more of what you are doing!" Hey Einstein, if it's not working now, why would I do more of it!!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Quit insulting the intelligence of hard working adults.
    2. Don't expect employees to be loyal to company when company is not loyal to them.
    3. Fire the deadwood management who bring nothing to the table and only got to a management position because they know someone, are related to someone, or want to live in Dayton. If you did that, then maybe you would hit your number. If a manager can't help in moving the sales process along, or doesn't have the ability to help close sales, then they shouldn't be in that position.
    4. Quit asking sales people to sell half baked products that don't work.
