    Strong emphasis on technical staff development. Outstanding continuing education benefites. Broad, and diverse work program. Good work-life balance.


    Difficult to promote; weak technical staff career path.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The "MITRE Way" is project/porfolio oriented, but does very little to develop and leverage technical staff.
