    I worked at Medical Services of America full-time for more than a year


    Patient care is worthwhile and rewarding.


    The amount of computer documentation was unmanageable and required many more hours than I was paid for. No work life balance. Staff was switched from one job to another frequently, so things were often handled poorly.
