I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time (more than an year)

Its a niche industry to be in. There is exclusivity and a lot of companies will need people who know their way around data. There is no better company than mu sigma for this.

Also, if you leave Mu Sigma after a few years, there is no standard market valuation of your skill set and profile so if you play smart, you can make what you your next company.

    Compensation is a con.
Its difficult for employees, especially onsite employees to identify and align themselves with the goals of Mu Sigma.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Yes, attrition is good but its a trade off between attrition and good employees who have a stake in the company. Make your employees more invested in Mu Sigma.
