    I worked at Newell Rubbermaid full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Company respects employee Wrok-Life balance.
    Always grow attitude

    Cons

    No transparency in Policies
    No care attitude on any Ethics defined.
    Nothing will work on time
    Lots of confusion in Bonus
    People who can do politics can define their own policies in company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Managers across least noticed units like India are

    - getting non standardized fuel allowances, mobile bills more than 20k, festive bonuses + 2 yearly bonuses.

    - grabbing most of the Company assets like Mobile, laptop, monitors and etc... to their home even before contract expiration.

    - contracting their own company as vendors [corruption benefits]

    - employing their own family members [Against the company Ethics]

    so keen watch and regulations will stop these guys from corroding company's other good employees.
