I worked at Oracle full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Chance for professional growth and many different job paths; many opportunities for travel.

    Cons

No invested in making sure that employees are happy, not worried about making it easy to work there and get your job done. Everything is hard: getting a computer, hiring someone, you name it. So many "cooks in the kitchen" to get any decisions made, so everything is slow and gets watered down in the end.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire some fresh new thinkers. A CMO that's never worked anywhere else and has been there for 20 years? Come on.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
