    I have been working at PPL


    Benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, etc). Training and development depending on the department. Friendly coworkers in direct department.


    Salary depending on the department can be on the lower end. Good old boys club attitude. Typically family or friends are hired when they are not the best qualified. Due to recent corporate transition there is much uncertainty and employee movement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Actually use employee satisfaction survey results. Hire the best qualified candidates. Evaluate promotions especially at management level. Improve overall diversity especially in senior leadership. Actually live by the corporate values.
