    Pros

    Good to start if you don't get job anywhere else.

    Cons

    They will let you do more work on old dead technologies.
    Never Give you monetary growth.
    More work than normal office hours.
    Will not pay for remaining days of your work when you resign, which is kind of illegal.

    Stop targeting freshers and making them life miserable.
