    I have been working at Pillar Hotels and Resorts part-time (more than an year)


    Time off is by seniority or favoritism. No leadership, very little training by seasoned employees.


    Company value is always to display great customer service. Health benefits go into effect after one year of continued employment. Hotel discount is a plus. Constant management turnover.

    Show more respect toward employees. Consider employee input.
