Overall, I believe this is a great company. While there will be some issues just like there is at all companies, if you work hard you will be paid well and gain valuable experience. The company is making efforts to fix some areas of opportunity, but things take time. When I started here, I had no idea I'd be where I'm at today and they have allowed me the opportunity to make mistakes and learn from them.
Fix IT, improve the health benefits, and make it a little easier for new hires their first 3 months from a compensation stand point and I believe we'll reduce our turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
In regards to work/life balance, the further up you move the less you'll have. That's any company. People need to stop be so damn lazy these days.
