I have been working at Princeton Information as a contractor for less than a year

Very engaged and responsive account managers. Higher pay than the role would pay as a direct employee. They treat contractors great. Seniority doesn't matter as much as providing results. Contracting removes most of the office politics I've seen in other organizations. No pressure to work overtime.

The health insurance isn't great, but if you have them through your partner, who cares? There is always some amount of worry about how long a placement will last.

If you're placed at an organization, and a higher level position opens for a contractor, you may not have the opportunity to advance.
