Current Employee - Pharmacy Intern in Ocean City, NJ (US)

I have been working at Rite Aid as an intern (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great pay scale
    $11 P1
    $13 P2
    $15 P3
    $17 P4
    $27 Grad

Flexible hours, like you got anywhere from 300-450 hours as an intern, pretty flexible. Probably the best internship out there. I worked with ~10-12 pharmacist during my time there, all of them were super helpful and wanting to help you learn.

    Cons

    Long days- like most Retail
Mostly depends on the DM I assume for other cons people experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My Dm became went from staff pharmacist to DM in 8 years. so not bad i guess.
