    I worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises as a contractor (more than an year)


    Very structured and organized, methodical approach to operations, lots of SOP's and task specific guidelines....rigorous health and safety standards and good training program and colleague recognition program.


    Too many corporate initiatives, no sooner has one initiative been rolled out another one is lurking not too far behind which can detract from focusing on and executing and perfecting existing standards.
    No budget for colleague recognition initiatives, often would have to pay out of own pocket.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue improving processes and procedures to enhance the guest experience and create a budget for colleague recognition programs.
