    Pros

    Just got back from xChange in Washington DC. Hundreds of customers and Serena folk gathered to talk about what new and exciting in the product lineup. Very different vibe this year. So much energy and excitement. Real engagement of the customers and intense focus of the Serena team. "Serena's Got Talent" end to end demo was fast, fun, interesting and really showed the Serena dev team's passion and commitment to their products. Breakout sessions were amazing, so in depth, so many great ideas and cool stuff that the customer are doing. Loved Greg's keynote speech - so cool to have a CEO who gets what we do and challenges us to excel for the customer.

    Cons

    Wish the conferences were not so far apart. I think the new Serena Central is going to help with this but it is early days and I'm only just getting round to using it.

    Advice to Management

    We've got to keep xChange going. It is an awesome event for technical people inside the company and for the customers. We have to find a way to get more Serena folk there next time.
