I have been working at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The expense reporting recently was improved and now paid within a week.

If you don't like senior management wait about 12 months. The CEO will put a new regime in to fix the declining product sales.

    Cons

CEO way too involved and very shrewd when it comes to giving any stock RSU/options or salary increases. CEO also couldn't tell you anything about how to sell the products company has. CEO likes to buy bottom feeder drugs no other company wants.

They have no clue in how to sell and launch orphan drugs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sell the company for a tax inversion from the foreign country tax designations.
Please don't follow me to my new oncology company and screw that one up as well.
