    Pros

    Job is not boring and it's high-energy so a work day goes by quick. Good co-workers.

    Cons

    Company ignores economic trends and sales quotas are set by upper management based on a company-wide expectation with adjustments based on region, area, and perhaps past sales performance at each location.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay attention to economic trends by applying reasonable quotas. Emphasize training of sales process instead of firing employees to then spend more money on hiring new ones.
