Totally demeaning, abusive, bullying environment. New upper management had to be advised by the lowest management on how to operate the business. Three levels of management were missing, so the lowest management ran the entire show. When I was encouraged to report my abuse, I followed the "abuse reporting protocol " as listed on their website, and I was fired within three weeks. Security followed me in their official car until I was two miles away from the building.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Four letter words and screaming at employees should not be the norm. Employees should not be fired for reporting vicious abuse.Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEO
