I have been working at Synapse Design Automation full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Salary is good in service industry.
Food is free for sometime but not sure when the policy will be changed.

    Cons

    - Hire for something and made to work on something else from the day one. Before joining they will lie about the projects and later on you will find out it was an absolute lie. This happened will almost all in software division. Many people left after working for few months.
    - Rude HR guys.
    - Unprofessional management.
    - Hidden policies.
    - Family members/relatives are in company. Seems like family grocery store.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest and professional. Think of being a long running player. Follow ethics.
