    I have been working at Tag Worldwide full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    I've been here for a few months and have yet to find any pros. Beer Friday is cool

    Cons

    Some people who work there are friendly and helpful whereas the other 90% are miserable, rude, stuck up and extremely under qualified.

    Management is terrible - they have no management skills in terms of both workload and managing employees, employee conflicts, etc. There is no clear role of job duties based on your position - work is basically pawned off onto others. Anyone with the word "senior" in their job title is a complete joke - it means nothing aside from that they've been there too long and couldn't move up to a higher position.

    Salary is low

    Being run by Williams Lea makes the company so corporate it hurts. Also, any Tag director or above is pretty much Williams Lea's puppet. Anyone on the executive level at Tag is way under qualified and if they're British they have the job for that reason.

    There is a lot of favoritism. If someone on the executive level doesn't know you they act like you don't exist.

    Do not bother working here unless you're desperate. You lose all motivation extremely fast and you'll find yourself bored out of your mind every day. Also, the company tries to sell itself for way more than it is. When you interview you'll be shown certain offices that make you think it's such a cool, modern agency. Then you work there and realize you never get to see those areas and that the place is sooo outdated.
