If you're not 21-25 and single you will be miserable.

I have been working at Triage Consulting Group full-time

A lot of company sponsored lunches, events and happy hours.
Good place to get your feet wet for 1-2 years.
You can have a good time and make some cool friends.
    Great holiday gifts!

No diversity and there's a significant inability to support and understand the standard single white, upper middle class individual.
Income is not as competitive as advertised. And promotions are based more on time and attitude then your actual ability to perform the tasks. If you are a good worker but do not attend happy hours or want to join a "fraternity like" company you will not fit in.
Micromanagement is all they know. I wouldn't be surprised if you had to clock in and out to go to the bathroom in the next few years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Diversify. If you put effort to higher more people from different backgrounds, socio-economic classes, and lifestyles the firm would be much more attractive.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
