    Advice to ManagementAdvice

LISTEN to your employees, just because you're at the top of the company does not mean you know it all. Go out and listen to what your employees have to say about the daily operations, go out and see how the operations are being run by the poor Newark ramp management team, don't just go by what the numbers say, numbers can be manipulated.
