    I have been working at United Blood Services full-time (more than 10 years)


    The people I work with. Working in a place that helps people.


    Constant change, new SOP's every week, new directives every few days, I understand the liquidity of things in this environment, but no one can keep up with the rate of change that is happening recently. Recent change in computer system has resulted in not being able to perform my job which has in turn led to a huge loss of staff, so we have many untrained people and cannot be efficient or even passably good at what we do. This results in a very unhappy work environment and the resignations just keep coming. On top of all this corporate management is driving us as hard as they can to overcome our problems and using bad tactics to do it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop using "chaos management" techniques and become proactive, if you don't the company will have to close it's doors and we will all lose. If you believe you can do our jobs better than we are doing them, then come on out of your offices and help us. I know that we have been asking desperately for help since the cutover and you are not listening.
