I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time for more than a year

    Pros

As a friend i would suggest not to go for Contract pay roll to verizon,
being on a permanent payroll of verizon its good, verizon has developed it's own hub, network, has many number of projects going on, revenu: its 300 billion dollar company, 3rd position after google and facebook in global market

    Cons

challenging work environment, can learn latest technologies on work experience,
benefits: provides much benefits to verizon employees,
Disadvantage: vendor discrimination is much more from management level to employee level. (for training, wks allocations, event participation, work pressure.. so on).

I request not to join verizon as a vendor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hiring process needs to be changed. not to depend on vendor companies.
