We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in the Northern Virginia / Maryland / Washington DC Metro area-serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities. Primary responsibilities include conducting functional and educational assessment, developing and training families on treatment plans, providing direct supervision of staff in the implementation of behavioral services, making data based decisions and reporting on progress.This position requires daily travel in the DC/VA/MD Metro area and flexible availability to meet the needs of our clients.We are focused on building individual strengths, collaborating with families, schools, and related service providers to empower individuals with disabilities and their families to achieve optimal outcomes.We offer a competitive compensation package, supportive work environment, access to clinic space and materials, professional development opportunities and frequent collaboration with colleagues about case loads and access to journal club reviews of current literature in the field.
