Salary Range: As per Industry standards Responsibilities: Institutional Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive institutional sales strategy for Kwality brand Breakfast Cereals, Masalas, and Instant Mixes. Identify and target HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers), Canteen Store Department (Army canteens), KPKC (Police canteens), and INCS (Institutional Canteens) for business growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HORECA, Canteen Store Department, KPKC, and INCS. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements. Product Introduction: Coordinate with the Head Office for the successful introduction of new products at the HO level in Canteen Store Department. Ensure effective product launches, promotions, and training programs for the institutional clients. Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring seamless operations. Work closely with logistics and distribution teams to optimize product availability and delivery timelines. Payment Collection: Implement and monitor a robust payment collection system for institutional clients. Track and manage receivables, ensuring timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide regular reports and insights to the management regarding market feedback and potential opportunities. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align institutional sales strategies with overall company goals. Provide feedback and input to improve product offerings based on customer needs. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for institutional sales. Regularly assess and report on the performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales, specifically in the food and beverage industry. Proven track record of successfully managing HORECA, Canteen Store Department, KPKC, and INCS accounts. Experience in product introduction at the HO level and effective payment collection strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Familiarity with the food industry and knowledge of breakfast cereals, masalas, and instant mixes is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
