About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team as a freelancer. Working remotely, you will play a critical role in streamlining our software development lifecycle by automating processes and optimizing infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the development process.
• Design and implement automation tools and frameworks for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD).
• Monitor and manage infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
• Implement and maintain version control systems (e.g., Git), configuration management tools, and other DevOps technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience (2+ years) in software development, IT operations, or a similar role, with strong technical skills across DevOps tools and technologies.
• Programming Proficiency: Solid knowledge of programming languages like Python, Ruby, or Java to automate tasks and integrate with systems.
• DevOps Automation Savvy: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible) for streamlining deployments.
• Cloud Platform Experience: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred) to manage and optimize infrastructure.
• Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams.
• Continuous Learning Mindset: Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends, security best practices, and agile methodologies.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
