Position Summary:
The purpose of this role is to leverage consumer and business data and qualitative research to generate actionable insights that unlock opportunities for the business. Provide data and insights regarding customers, markets, revenue and growth opportunities, competitors, and initiative/strategy effectiveness. This position will provide analysis on a formal and ad hoc basis and will develop reporting with the objective of measuring performance and supporting business decisions.
The Business Analyst is responsible for the daily operations of the business for real time visibility and decision-making including reporting for global and product line revenue, pipeline, workforce management, utilization, and forecasting. You will also need to administer and track KPIs for decisions made, providing impact assessment for potential delays/roadmap challenges.
Position Responsibilities:
- Forecast and quantify impact of business initiatives to business. Use this information to guide the Sales and Service Operations team in the direction with greatest impact to the business.
- Track progress of ongoing initiatives across the team to ensure that we are on pace to achieve our target.
- Adhoc data analysis and deck preparation for executive reviews
- Routine analysis and reporting on areas of opportunity to improve process and system solutions for operations team.
- Assist in all aspects of strategy and analytics including but not limited to customer segmentation and analysis, market sizing and segmentation, new opportunity identification, modeling/sensitivity analysis to support strategic options, competitive intelligence, KPI development and implementation
- Probe, source and manipulate large data sets to resolve issues or develop a solution to enable business decisions
- Scrutinize data for quality and accuracy and create final synthesized data set(s) for analysis
- Share insights and dashboards with stakeholders and coach them to use them so they elevate their data driven decisions
- Contribute to building a strong team dynamic so working together is fun and everyone thrives

- Resolve stakeholder queries independently and refer to others when genuinely needed

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and above; major in data analytics related field is preferred
- 5+ year experience and knowledge building data visualizations, dashboards (e.g., Tableau Desktop or similar BI solution), and reports
- Proficient analytics and data processing skills, including analysis of big data using Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc. Basic statistics knowledge in predictive modeling & regression is preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment required; Need to be able to quickly respond to assignments
- Knowledge of core concepts of call center planning including forecasting, analysis, and reporting of call center performance
- Exceptional numerical reasoning, attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
